Leadership is achieving a purpose with the collaborative effort of every member in the organization, company, or community. Great inventions and ideas are created and facilitated by individuals who believe in the same cause and are highly motivated by desire, encouragement, and acknowledgment of their worth. To mobilize this type of transaction would require individuals to possess essential traits like competence, integrity, and being mindful.
Individuals with competence understand what needs to be done and can do the work. Meanwhile, integrity will guide the behaviors or actions of the individuals in trusting one another. And, being mindful of each other's intelligence, contributions, and lives will inspire everyone to continue in the same direction. Successful organizations are made up by many leaders and not just one.
